Description
A piece of D. Gray man fanart for my favorite character(besides Millinium Earl and Alistar Krolly), Miranda Lotto that I drew back in 09 but colored a few days ago.
This was before she got into her exorcist get-up and looked different from the cast, which her appearance really made me like her. Even her attitude and motivation made me connect with her than the rest of the cast due to how she had to persevere people discriminating against her for being different and "weak" which she isn't.
She seems to be the most realistic since she's very emotional and doesn't mind complaining about her situation, which the cast understands and will back her up.
Now... After she changed, her appearance changed and she seemed to be less whiny and worrisome(even though there's subtle hints of her depression), it made me less endured to her and she became another piece of fanservice from the author.
The reason why I drew that clock was how she felt it was her only real friend. A lot of fanart shows her very cumbersome or depressed along with the clock, but I drew her smiling due to this "friend". She felt a connection with the clock, and it made her realize her motivation, a very important figure and item in her life.

I like the way you position you put her in it matches the personality you discribed.
