Adventure in the Bayou

requested that his character Stanley(the tabby) should run with my character Deleuze(the mantis). So, since we're part of the "Down in New Orleans" forum, I decided to have our characters in the Bayou probably running from the villain I'm creating for the rp, Serafim Gabor, the 200 year old twnety-fingered gypsy who searching for Adalard Hubert, a soul he captured and placed in a abiku doll. Their possibly following Adalard as they run from the danger that approaches them.

I'll show those characters later today. I guess I kind of cheated with Deleuze since you see his eyes and antennae. The background is based after Eric Powell's the Goon, basically the old-horse eater woods from the Hellboy crossover.

To explain why I added those eye-slits around Stanley besides giving him eyebrow whiskers is that from my pets, they have a second eyelid, so I adding that in my cat-related works. Also, cats have second whiskers, which I thought would differentiate from some many artists who only do the mouth whiskers alone.
