Clear Lineart Tutorial for paintdotnet users

Description

Since I've been working on a black and white/monochrome comic that I hope to get syndicate, I've been using paintdotnet(as usual) to help clean up my linework and organize the panels. I found this technique while working, but this is much more complex than the way you can do by "Leveling".
